Ordering

 

By placing an order selected products the customer confirms the order of their binding and simultaneously agree to terms and conditions.

If the customer when the order is filled correctly e-mail, he will receive a copy of her order as a confirmation of order entry. If there is information about sending a copy of the order or orders do not arrive to the specified e-mail, as soon as possible please contact us. Terms of delivery

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY DELIVER GOODS TO CZECH REPUBLIC AND SLOVAKIA.

Most orders are shipped on the day of receipt, except weekends. If the goods are in stock, the maximum time for delivery of 5 working days, in case extension of delivery period you will be informed in writing. Delivery will take place on weekdays during normal working hours.

 

The price of postage

When paying online by card: Czech Republic - 99, - CZK, Slovakia - 300,- CZK

When paying cash on delivery: + 30,- CZK

For orders in the aggregate amount of CZK 3,000 (incl. VAT does not apply to parcels larger than one meter) are charged to the customer any additional charges such as packing, postage, etc. Shipping is FREE! Free shipping applies only to transportation in the Czech Republic.

Acceptance of goods
